During the quiet period while the Bachelor was airing… Shayne and Matt had to stay mum about the season finale. During this time, Shayne posed and did an interview with “Girls Gone Magazine.” Not a great way to start off Ms. Wannabe actress!!…. Boy, I hope Matt doesn’t get his heart broken!…. She’s making her own headline already!!!!!…..

Shayne Lamas wins the Bachelor’s heart!

After 8 weeks of competition, Matt Grant PROPOSES to Shayne over Chelsea. ABC didn’t disappoint with a highly anticipated romantic season finale.

Shayne Lamas is a 22-yr-old actress, and daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas. She has appeared in the soap, General Hospital. Only time will tell whether her feelings for Matt were genuine or whether she’s looking to win an Academy Award. But good luck to them! They need it, based on the track record for Bachelor relationships. Will they be the next Trista and Ryan, or the next Andy and Tessa? Where are Andy and Tessa, by the way??… Yea….. I hope they end up like Trista and Ryan!!!

Next up! It’s time for the Bachelorette with DeAnna Pappas. Remember her? She was the double-loser for last season’s Bachelor with Brad Womack.

Well, it’s down to the final 2: 22-year-old, Shayne Lamas, and 24-year-old, Chelsea Wanstrath.  (Scroll to bottom for update on who won!)

I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but in the trailer for the finale episode, where Matt is on one knee, they show the “lucky girl’s” hand. I’m just going by past behavior, but Shayne ALWAYS has nail polish on. Can’t say the same for the “lucky girl.” But then again, this is t.v folks, it could just be something to throw us off.

Maybe Chelsea is different in real life, but she comes off as really boring on the screen. Shayne on the other hand, great personality on screen, but she is only 22, and an aspiring actress. All in all, Matt should just follow his heart and he will be A-OK. Who is the mystery nail-polish-free woman he proposes to??!!

We’ll have to wait until next week when the finale of the Bachelor airs. According to the this week’s special episode, of “The women tell all,” Matt is “happily engaged.” Cast your predictions now!!

I am rooting for Shayne over Chelsea, but I have my hesitations for both women. If I had to choose between the two, it would be Shayne, but if I had it my way, I would pick neither, and go back to Noelle or Amanda, honestly. But, it seems that Matt has a decent head on his shoulders, so I trust that if he follows his heart, he will be juuuuuust fine………

You will notice at the very end of the video, the nail-polish-free Chelsea/[Shayne]. Chelsea is mostly nail-polish-free but there are a couple shots here and there where she has on nail-polish. Like I said, Shayne has never been nail-polish free on the show from what I’ve seen.

Is it me, or does Bachelor Matt have interesting tastes?…….

At this point, I don’t care which one he ends up with…… I stopped caring after he eliminated Noelle:

And C’mon! All of a sudden, Chelsea is “Romantic” because she took off her panties and put on black lingerie??!!!!!! I don’t know what went down with that…….

I’m just confused because Matt comes off as being genuine, and seriously looking for love and all, but then by his recent decisions, I’m just left being confused at the end of each show.

And sure sure sure, you could always blame it on “editing” but I just hope he knows what he’s doing….. Given the track record of past bachelors, relationships based on this show haven’t exactly lasted……

Next week, its a reunion show with the eliminated bachelorettes, then in two weeks in the finale!…..The suspense.

JUNO is hilarious! It’s a great movie. Fresh, hip, endearing, funny, heartbreaking, informative, realistic, raw…..

Truly a must see:

I’ve loved her ever since I stumbled upon her x-factor videos on youtube, before her single came out in the U.K, and before she was a U.S. sensation…. She is amazing!

If you haven’t heard her single “Bleeding Love” then I don’t know what radio you listen to! I immediately downloaded her album from iTunes, and the ablum is incredible as well! I have nothing but praises for Leona Lewis, and I hope you feel the same!!

Surprisingly, “Bleeding Love” was co-written by OneRepublic leader, Ryan Tedder and teen-heartthrob Jesse McCartney. You must purchase her album, you must.

Oh, and she is BEAUTIFUL!!!……

David Archuleta will definitely be in the finals…..along with David Cook, I think

He’s been a solid performer from the beginning

He knows how to pick songs, he knows how to sings ‘em, and that’s half the battle. The other half of american idol is having the likability factor, and the looks, which he has.

All in all, he’s the whole package!

My only concern is that some of America might find him a tad annoying, but as of now its seems that the rest of America that just adores him keep voting voting voting to make sure he stays in the competition.

David Cook, on the other hand, is just raw talented. Nothing contrived, or molded about him. Archuleta has been performing since he was little. He did the whole star search thing, he knows how to be a “performer.” I’m not saying he’s not talented, but sometimes Archuleta comes of “star-searchy.” Cook is just a guy with a guitar and knows how to belt it. He has a great ability of turning songs into his own rock song. He’s what you call a “musician.”

I like ‘em both, for different reasons. But the decision lay in the hands of America.

It’s teeny-bopper texters vs. young-adult-mod-musicians….ooh the suspense

This year’s Elimination song is “Celebrate Me Home” as sung by Season 2’s winner, Ruben Studdard. It’s a cover of a song by Kenny Loggins. I wonder why it isn’t receiving as much love as past elimination songs such as Daniel Powter’s “Bad Day” and Daughtry’s “Home” ??
